For three years I served as Township Engineer to the Planning Commission of Handy Township, providing professional consulting services, written review comments, and attendance at their meetings.

Department Head for twelve employees, including designers, survey crew, and construction inspectors. Traffic consultant to the Police Department. Assisted residents with general engineering questions and concerns. Developed and managed departmental budget of approximately $500,000. Additional responsibilities included serving as staff to the Planning Commission, Conservation Commission, and the Town Council; liaison to regional planning agencies, Department of Environmental Protection, and ConnDOT; expert witness in court; and engineering supervisor of Town construction projects.
